2.General Terms of Use

• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3.Products and Pricing

• Trade prices are shown in Euros (€) excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout and itemised on your order and invoice.
• Trade prices depend on the tier assigned to your account and are only shown to approved trade customers.
• We strive to ensure all product information, pricing, and availability is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

4.Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website 24/7. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Delivery orders are paid online at checkout (card through Viva Wallet, or PayPal). Pickup orders can also be paid by cash or card when you collect.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.Delivery and Shipping

• We deliver trade orders to any address in Malta and Gozo for a flat €5 (incl. VAT) per order. Delivery is free on orders over €100.
• Orders are dispatched from our Qormi warehouse, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
• You can also collect your order free of charge from our Qormi warehouse or our Bugibba store. Choose the pickup point at checkout; we will let you know when it is ready.
• Delivery for an order is confirmed against the stock available in our Qormi warehouse. Pickup orders are confirmed against the stock of the store you choose.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• If delivery fails due to reasons outside our control (such as incorrect address, nobody available to receive the goods, or access issues), a redelivery fee may apply.

6.Returns and Refunds

• Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Sealed products (e.g., headphones, software, hygiene items) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for hygiene or licensing reasons.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
• We accept returns of items that are unused and in their original packaging with all accessories, with proof of purchase.
• Once a product has been used or tampered with, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories, and in the same condition that you received it.
• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged; contact us to arrange an exchange.

7.Warranty and Defects

• Most products come with a 2-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty claims must be supported by a purchase receipt.
• The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, we may repair, replace, or refund the item as per our assessment.
• For handheld items, including controllers and retro consoles, the warranty shall be void where inspection shows that the reported fault was caused by the customer, including through misuse, impact damage, drops, liquid ingress, tampering, excessive wear caused by abnormal use, or unauthorised opening, repair, or modification. This provision does not exclude or limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Maltese or EU consumer protection law.

8.Limitation of Liability

• Tekk Innovation shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use any product purchased.
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9.Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (including logos, images, texts, and designs) is the property of Tekk Innovation or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.

10.GDPR and Data Protection

• We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese data protection laws.
