1. The battery is non-removable, removing it may cause damage to the device.

3. Armor 24 is splash, water, and dust resistant and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 1.5 meters up to 30 minutes). Charger and accessories are not water-resistant. Splash, water and dust resistance are not permanent and might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet Armor 24. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
4. Armor 24 has waterproof plugs for its charging port and audio jack, please tightly put the plugs into the holes before you put an Armor 24 into water.
5. The Custom Key and its ability to quickly access different functions work only when the phone screen is unlocked.
6. The actual available RAM and storage are less than the listed total capacity due to the occupied storage of the operating system and software pre-installed in the device.
7. The micro SD card is not included, and need to be purchased separately. It is recommended to use Class 10 memory cards, other types of memory cards are not guaranteed to be fully compatible.
8. 6.78 inches is the diagonal length of the display when the four rounded corners are taken to be pointed corners, the actual viewable area is slightly smaller.
9. The resolution is measured as a standard rectangle with a rounded corners design, the effective pixels are slightly less.
10. The camera software functions are subject to the actual presence, some of functions and names may vary depending on the software version.
11. The actual photo and video resolution may vary depending on the shooting mode.
12. NFC and Google Pay is supported, and you are suggested to download Google Pay to use it; the available countries and regions are for your reference:Β https://pay.google.com/about.

They are advertising the new Z Fold 8 ultra. We have the Z Fold 7, so we went there to check it out ans to buy a new mobile. I asked to see the phone because, in stores, they usually let you see and touch the phone before buying it. The guy replied in a really sarcastic way: βAs I am the professional here, I can confirm that it is a good phone.β I was like: βWhat?β Then I showed him that I already had a Z Fold 7 in my hands. He replied: βSo, you already know that it is a good phone.β Again, I was like: βWhat?β So I explained that I simply like to see and touch the phone before buying it. He just told me: βOK, go to a big store. We donβt have the phone here.β Wellβ¦ not recommended. Even though Iβm a big Samsung fan, I still want to check the phone for myself before buying it. Itβs up to me. Expertise on something? ChatGPT also has expertise and will probably tell me much more than a sales guy.

Zero stars if I could. I purchased a fitness tracker from this store that failed to perform its most basic advertised functions. It would not reliably track steps, sleep, or heart-rate data, and the battery life was nowhere near what was claimed. When I returned to the store for assistance, I was told the device had been checked and was supposedly working correctly. However, the problems continued exactly as before. Despite the tracker clearly not functioning as expected, the store refused to offer a replacement or further assistance and instead told me to deal directly with the manufacturer. This is extremely disappointing customer service. When a product sold by a retailer appears to be defective, customers reasonably expect the retailer to help resolve the issue rather than simply pass responsibility elsewhere. The most frustrating part was not the faulty device itself, but the complete lack of support once the sale had been made. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before purchasing electronics from this business, especially if after-sales support and customer service are important to them.
