How long is the battery life?
The battery life depends on usage, model, and environment. Power is drawn from the Nextbase Click&Go mount while the car is on, but the battery activates during downtime or incidents.
When inactive, Intelligent Parking Mode conserves energy for G-sensor surveillance lasting up to 2.5 weeks. If motion or impact occurs, the camera automatically wakes to record multiple events.
The dash cam isn’t designed for standalone use like an action cam. When disconnected from power, it enters sleep mode to preserve charge. Adding a Nextbase Hardwire Kit allows extended monitoring via your car’s battery.
Do I have to use a Nextbase SD card?
Yes — official Nextbase SD cards are built and tested for continuous recording and durability. They include wear-leveling technology to distribute data evenly across memory cells for long-term reliability.
To keep your SD card running smoothly, format it every 2–3 weeks. Non-Nextbase cards or unformatted cards may cause freezing, missed recordings, or power-up issues due to lower write speeds.
How does the Dash Cam mount to the windshield?
Each dash cam includes a 3M adhesive Click&Go mount that attaches firmly to your windshield. It’s crash-tested for maximum strength and safety.
Clean and dry the glass with the provided pads before installation for the best hold. In very hot climates, stickiness may weaken slightly. Optional suction cup mounts are available separately.
Will this dash camera work with the Nextbase app?
The 320XR does not have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and therefore is not compatible with the Nextbase smartphone app.
To manage your footage, use the MyNextbase Player on desktop to view, edit, and upload recordings. For app-connected features, consider models like the 322GW, 422GW, 522GW, or 622GW.

They are advertising the new Z Fold 8 ultra. We have the Z Fold 7, so we went there to check it out ans to buy a new mobile. I asked to see the phone because, in stores, they usually let you see and touch the phone before buying it.
The guy replied in a really sarcastic way: “As I am the professional here, I can confirm that it is a good phone.”
I was like: “What?”
Then I showed him that I already had a Z Fold 7 in my hands. He replied: “So, you already know that it is a good phone.”
Again, I was like: “What?”
So I explained that I simply like to see and touch the phone before buying it. He just told me: “OK, go to a big store. We don’t have the phone here.”
Well… not recommended. Even though I’m a big Samsung fan, I still want to check the phone for myself before buying it. It’s up to me.

Zero stars if I could.
I purchased a fitness tracker from this store that failed to perform its most basic advertised functions. It would not reliably track steps, sleep, or heart-rate data, and the battery life was nowhere near what was claimed.
When I returned to the store for assistance, I was told the device had been checked and was supposedly working correctly. However, the problems continued exactly as before. Despite the tracker clearly not functioning as expected, the store refused to offer a replacement or further assistance and instead told me to deal directly with the manufacturer.
This is extremely disappointing customer service. When a product sold by a retailer appears to be defective, customers reasonably expect the retailer to help resolve the issue rather than simply pass responsibility elsewhere.
The most frustrating part was not the faulty device itself, but the complete lack of support once the sale had been made.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before purchasing electronics from this business, especially if after-sales support and customer service are important to them.
