HeyNVRPro 8-Channel Wireless NVR Kit
A latest-generation plug-and-play wireless video surveillance system with four outdoor 3MP 2K bullet cameras, 8-channel recording and remote management through the HeySmart app.
Important Compatibility Notice
The cameras and NVR included with this system are compatible with each other and are not compatible with the previous-generation kit.
Complete Wireless Surveillance
HeyNVRPro is an 8-channel SMART wireless network video recorder designed for simple plug-and-play installation. The kit includes four outdoor bullet cameras equipped with 3.6 mm fixed lenses and 3MP 2K resolution.
Cameras can record simultaneously using continuous, scheduled or motion-detection recording modes. The system can also be expanded to a total of eight cameras using the additional compatible camera code 67.6839.76.
High-Resolution Video
Capture detailed footage at resolutions up to 2304 × 1296 pixels.
Efficient Recording
H.265 video encoding helps maintain image quality while reducing storage requirements.
Remote Viewing with HeySmart
Connect the HeyNVRPro recorder to your router using its RJ45 network connection. Through the HeySmart app, you can remotely view live footage from individual cameras or multiple cameras simultaneously.
The app also allows you to capture photos, record video directly from a live feed and review recordings stored by the NVR. Push notifications help keep you informed when supported events are detected.
Flexible Recording & Storage
Choose between continuous, scheduled and motion-triggered recording. Playback supports up to eight channels simultaneously, while recordings can be backed up through USB or the app.
The recorder supports a 3.5-inch hard drive up to 6TB. The hard drive is not included.

They are advertising the new Z Fold 8 ultra. We have the Z Fold 7, so we went there to check it out ans to buy a new mobile. I asked to see the phone because, in stores, they usually let you see and touch the phone before buying it. The guy replied in a really sarcastic way: “As I am the professional here, I can confirm that it is a good phone.” I was like: “What?” Then I showed him that I already had a Z Fold 7 in my hands. He replied: “So, you already know that it is a good phone.” Again, I was like: “What?” So I explained that I simply like to see and touch the phone before buying it. He just told me: “OK, go to a big store. We don’t have the phone here.” Well… not recommended. Even though I’m a big Samsung fan, I still want to check the phone for myself before buying it. It’s up to me. Expertise on something? ChatGPT also has expertise and will probably tell me much more than a sales guy.

Zero stars if I could. I purchased a fitness tracker from this store that failed to perform its most basic advertised functions. It would not reliably track steps, sleep, or heart-rate data, and the battery life was nowhere near what was claimed. When I returned to the store for assistance, I was told the device had been checked and was supposedly working correctly. However, the problems continued exactly as before. Despite the tracker clearly not functioning as expected, the store refused to offer a replacement or further assistance and instead told me to deal directly with the manufacturer. This is extremely disappointing customer service. When a product sold by a retailer appears to be defective, customers reasonably expect the retailer to help resolve the issue rather than simply pass responsibility elsewhere. The most frustrating part was not the faulty device itself, but the complete lack of support once the sale had been made. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before purchasing electronics from this business, especially if after-sales support and customer service are important to them.
