Harry Potter
Harry Potter tells the story of the Boy Who Lived. The modern fairy tale was written by J.K. Rowling and is set in the United Kingdom. The ruthless wizard Voldemort (He-who-shouldn’t-be-named) kills Harry’s parents when he is just a baby. The powerful wizard Albus Dumbledore brings Harry to his aunt and uncle. On his 11th birthday, he learned that he too had magic powers and was allowed to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Here he met Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.
Together with them, he must complete each school year, but he is thwarted in many ways. In the end, he must face off against arch-rival Voldemort. This exciting story is told in 7 books and grew into a worldwide phenomenon. The books have since been filmed and has made the many characters immortal—Hagrid, Professor McGonagall, Professor Snape, Buckbeak and, of course, Dobby the House Elf.
Funko
Funko Inc. is an American company that produces licensed and limited pop culture collectibles, known for its vinyl figurines and bobbleheads. The company also produces licensed plush, action figures, clothing, accessories and games. Funko, founded in 1998 by Mike and Claudia Becker, was originally conceived as a small-scale project to create various low-tech, nostalgic-themed toys.
The Funko Pop! figures are characterized by their large oval head and black, round eyes. They are advertising the new Z Fold 8 ultra. We have the Z Fold 7, so we went there to check it out ans to buy a new mobile. I asked to see the phone because, in stores, they usually let you see and touch the phone before buying it. The guy replied in a really sarcastic way: “As I am the professional here, I can confirm that it is a good phone.” I was like: “What?” Then I showed him that I already had a Z Fold 7 in my hands. He replied: “So, you already know that it is a good phone.” Again, I was like: “What?” So I explained that I simply like to see and touch the phone before buying it. He just told me: “OK, go to a big store. We don’t have the phone here.” Well… not recommended. Even though I’m a big Samsung fan, I still want to check the phone for myself before buying it. It’s up to me. Expertise on something? ChatGPT also has expertise and will probably tell me much more than a sales guy.

Zero stars if I could. I purchased a fitness tracker from this store that failed to perform its most basic advertised functions. It would not reliably track steps, sleep, or heart-rate data, and the battery life was nowhere near what was claimed. When I returned to the store for assistance, I was told the device had been checked and was supposedly working correctly. However, the problems continued exactly as before. Despite the tracker clearly not functioning as expected, the store refused to offer a replacement or further assistance and instead told me to deal directly with the manufacturer. This is extremely disappointing customer service. When a product sold by a retailer appears to be defective, customers reasonably expect the retailer to help resolve the issue rather than simply pass responsibility elsewhere. The most frustrating part was not the faulty device itself, but the complete lack of support once the sale had been made. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before purchasing electronics from this business, especially if after-sales support and customer service are important to them.
